Highly recommended for one night. The continental breakfast included cereal, toast and butter, but we were in a hurry and didn't try all the menu. Central location near to downtown, pubs, bars, it was in a pretty nice area.

I liked this budget hotel. The venue was set in the central position right by downtown Halifax as well as a very good restaurant. I ate in the authentic restaurant nearby. Reasonable breakfast with lots of cereals, toast and yoghourt to satisfy every guest.

Hot breakfast, strategic location and PLEASANT views. Outdoor bar was lovely. The room was well-kept and silent. Staff were phenomenal and provided help. Efficient check-in, late check-out.

Kind staff and pleasant location, perfect for me. You could walk to the shops and a bakery. I ate at a modest restaurant. They had an easy check-in too. Furthermore, parking onsite was a bonus. I loved my stay, just such wonderful.

Dine nearby at agricola street brasserie, which is 600 m away. Stay there and enjoy your Halifax trip. There was free parking. We loved commons inn.
